Amira Sajwani is an Emirati business leader shaping the future of real estate through a combination of large-scale development expertise and next-generation digital innovation.

She serves as Managing Director of Sales and Development at DAMAC Properties, where she oversees the full lifecycle of some of the region’s most prominent real estate developments, from concept and design through to construction, sales, and marketing. In this role, she leads strategic initiatives that drive revenue growth, strengthen global sales networks, and enhance the overall value and positioning of DAMAC’s portfolio.
Alongside her work at DAMAC, Amira is the Founder and CEO of PRYPCO, a leading Fintech platform in the region, transforming how people access and invest in real estate. Through PRYPCO, she is focused on simplifying property ownership, removing traditional barriers to entry, and building a more transparent, accessible, and efficient real estate ecosystem.
In 2023, she co-founded Amali Properties, a boutique ultra-luxury real estate developer creating highly customisable villas defined by design excellence and individuality.
